RETURN POLICY
At The Dress Snob, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase when it is presented with established proof of purchase in saleable condition within 7 Days of order receipt.
Discounts such as sales over 40% off or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned/ exchanged. No price adjustments on previous purchases. Complimentary shipping of orders $100 + will NOT be applied.
Items must be in their original condition. To initiate please call (205) 862-0225 or send an email to: info@thedresssnob.com requesting the exchange.
Custom Items, Jewelry, Sale Items, and Discount Items are FINAL SALE.
RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without original tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hashtags attached.
3. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any sign of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.
4. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to The Dress Snob
5. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. The Dress Snob inspects all items prior to shipping to ensure quality to prevent damaged merchandise. Items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
